Carry-In (Fast)

Having problems with your IT equipment? Carry-in to our main office for troubleshooting and repair

Please note that this option is for selected problems (like laptop / desktop hardware / standalone software troubleshooting) only. Issues related to network and others will require other forms of support.

On-Site (Faster)

We can resolve most IT problems with on-site service. Depending on the issue, we will dispatch resources with the most suitable skillset to your business premises to resolve the problem(s). Most on-site services can be completed in 2 hours or less.

Remote Access (Fastest)

WTF IT ™s’ Remote Technical Support is able to solve a large number of day-to-day IT problems very quickly. Most software issues can be resolved using this method, sometimes within minutes.

* This mode of support is only available to WTF IT ™’s Managed Service  customers as we have the required documentation, settings of their set up and are familiar with the customer’s IT environment.
